Join Instructor Heather Crawford for our Lifetime Body Fitness Program. Lifetime Body Fitness is a low-impact full body exercise class that focuses on strength, balance and light cardio. Lifetime Body Fitness is held on Mondays and Wednesdays at 9:30am. A new 10-week session will begin on Wednesday, March 18, 2020 and run through June 3, 2020. Cost is $30 for the 10-week class. There will not be class the week of May 11, 2020.
