MSU Extension Presents: Relax-Alternatives to Anger

How we handle stress affects our emotions and physical health and can also carry over to our relationships with others. RELAX: Alternative to Anger helps people understand and manage anger and stress, and develop communication skills needed for healthy relationships. Participants will learn:

Calming Down and De-Stressing Methods

Problem Solving

Effective Communication Skills

Forgiving and Letting Go of the Past

RELAX is a free 4-week series that will begin on Wednesday, May 9th from 10:00am-11:30am
